Happy New Year 2012

Hey there you guys out there. Its 31^st December 2011 and it’s the last day of the year and tmr will be the entering of the new year 2012. Here by I wish u all readers out there a very wonderful new year 2012 and may the year of 2012 is nothing but fantastic year to all of you,..

Salam Sejahtera, dan salam 1 Malaysia kepada anda semua. Ramai yang mungkin tertanya Tanya kenapa tetiba sahaja penulisan blog ini bertukar kepada bahasa melayu. Seperti biasa, tiada apa-apa sebab yang istimewa, cuma terasa terlalu lama tidak menggunakan Bahasa Melayu untuk bertulis. Penulisan Blog kali ini adalah untuk memperbincangkan tahun baru 2012 yang bakal tiba tepat pada jam 12 tengah malam nanti.

Eddie pasti, ramai yang sedang khusyuk meraikan ketibaan tahun baru 2012 sama ada dengan ahli keluarga mahupun dengan sahabat handai. Pesta dan parti di merata tempat sememangnya menjadikan ia satu keraikan yang begitu menarik. apa yang ditunggu-tunggukan cumalah detik ‘countdown’ dimana semua akan bersama-sama mengira ketibaan tahun baru 2012 nanti. Yang pasti tempat-tempat yang agak meriah semestinya mempunyai persembahan bunga api apabila jam menunjukkan tepat 12 tengah malam nanti. Eddie berharap agar semua yang berada di luar sana dapatlah menyaksikan serta menghayati bunga-bunga api yang cantik yang dilepaskan ke udara.

Sigh~~ terdapat ramai orang yang akan meraikan ketibaan tahun baru 2012 namun Eddie di sini keseorangan di biliknya sambil menulis Blognya. Bukanlah kerana Eddie kasihan, cuma kini diriku yang berada di kampung halamanku ‘Teluk Intan’ dan sememangnya Bandar kecil ini tidaklah seriuh kalau dibandingkan dengan Bandar-bandar besar seperti Kuala Lumpur atau pun Pulau Pinang. Eddie juga berharap pada masa hadapan, Eddie dapat meraikan ketibaan tahun baru seperti insan yang lain. Kalau boleh, alangkah eloknya kalau dapat meraikannya dengan pasangan tersayang (walaupun kini masih tiada) dimana kami berkucupan sejurus tibanya tahun baru. Wah, alangkah romantisnya dan saya yakin ini akan mendorongkepada aktiviti yang seterusnya (hmm hmm hmm).. apa yang korang pikir??.. aktiviti seterusnya adalah sesi minum minum teh ataupun kopi lah~~ (hahaha)

Tahun 2011 sememangnya berlalu dengan pantas dan ia terasa seperti semalam sahaja dimana tahun 2010 baru berakhir. Inilah hakikatnya, masa memang berlalu sekelip mata sahaja. Tahun ini, banyak perkara yang telah terjadi pada diriku sendiri. Ada yang suka dan ada yang duka. Namun, Eddie terasa bersyukur kerana sekali lagi Eddie selamat mengharungi satu lagi tahun yang begitu bermakna ini. Yang penting, semua yang terjadi mahupun baik atau buruk dijadikan pedoman serta pengajaran dalam hidup Eddie. Bak kata pepatah buang yang keruh, ambil yang jernih.

Baiklah, Blog kali ini telah pun sampai ke penghujungnya. Entahlah, terasa bahasa eddie telah merosot setelah sekian lama tidak menggunakannya. Mungkin ianya sudah mula berkarat.haha.. kata akhir dari diriku, selamat menyambut tahun baru 2012 kepada semua rakan rakan dan semoga ianya adalah satu tahun yang lebih baik dari tahun tahun yang sebelumnya. CHEERS!!!!!

Xmas eve Road trip..

Hey people, its Christmas Eve today and I’m back in my hometown Teluk Intan. It was a very good day for me and my two friend (Ramesh and Alex) as we had our time killing our bored Christmas Eve. Haha. Suppose we plan to head south to Kuala Selangor to visit the small town, then maybe drop by Sekinchan for their seafood. Anyway, it was a rainy morning but with our determination, the rain never stopped us. Hehe.. well… we started off to Hutan Melintang and had our breakfast there. While we were having our breakfast, we thought a rainy day will just make out trip to K.Selangor a little ‘potong stim’ so we came out with a crazy idea, where we to go all the way north for a hotspring experience. Hell yeah, it was a good idea. After all, a dip in the hot spring would be awesome during rainy season though. Hehe.

So, we decided going to Sungai Klah, Sungkai, a small town not far away from Bidor town. I would say the place its worth a visit. Although the rain stopped, still we enjoyed every bit of it. Maybe it’s a weekend, so when we arrive, there were a lot of people there. And its kinda crowded all over the place. Haha. But still as I were saying, we enjoyed every bit of it. The warm water really relaxed us and we did went to the cold water pool as well.. for a second, we turned into little kids again as we slide down the water slide at the pool. Smashing! Hehe.. we spent almost 2 hours in Sg. Klah due to the crazy crowd, we decided heading to somewhere else. There were so many people that we don’t even has chance to boil our eggs we brought in earlier. (sad ~~)  ..

Then.. guess what? We headed to Tapah, another town in Perak state for ‘Banana Leaf curry rice’. That time was already almost 3pm and the shop actually had nothing left. However, we still enjoy the food to the max. (lol, maybe its coz we’re hungry that time). And after our late lunch, we went to Hutan Lipur Kuala Woh Waterfall area where it is one of the well-known waterfall site In Perak. Suppose we planned to dip ourselves in the icy cool waterfall but the water level its kinda low therefore it kills our desire. But still we enjoyed the amazing scenery and fresh air surrounded by tress and water. Hmm.. I surely will go there again sometime as the environment there is just superbly awesome. Trust me.. go have a look for yourself and u will know what I mean.

Its time to head back to home.. but there is one more place to go before we actually reached Teluk Intan, we stopped for a refreshing coconut drink at a small stall just on the road side near a junction of Sungai Manik and Chenderong Balai [(4.121582,101.122026) the code in the google map where u can specifically found the stall]. After the drink, we finally satisfy with the final rep and headed back home. We surely had our Xmas eve filled with satisfaction. Haha

Last but not least, I would like to wish all of you out there a Very Merry Christmas and May all your wishes come true as Santa knows that all of you has been a very good boys and girls. As for myself.. I want nothing other than each and every person out there to be happy and to be safe all the time. I’ll see you guys again in the next post ok guys? Hahahaha.. HO HO HO.. Winter Solstice ?? Tong Yuen Day??

Oh, its been awhile since the last blog i posted. today is 22nd Dec 2011 (Thursday) and guess what? its Winter Solstice festival. i understand that during this festival the Sunshine will be on its weakest and the shortest daylight ever of the year. Haha.. i read it somewhere in wikipedia though.

So, its TongYuen Festival and i got no idea it was until i saw alot of posts posted in FaceBook. lol, a lot of ppl posting out the pictures of the TongYuen they had. some are self made, some they bought from shops. they all seems so into the festival and posting status on how delicious and how happy they are having TongYuen to eat. well, i am happy for them too. after all, eating TongYuen indicates a person growing up and also it brings togetherness. Unfortunate to me, i never had the chance to taste a single biji of the TongYuen. although i am not a fan of TongYuen still i wish i could at least try and feel the hype right? after all, its the chinese tradition that has been passed down for years. or in this case, for decades. haha.

well, i guess i got nothing much to say anymore.. its a sudden and random topic to write though. So, here am i wishing all of you out there a very wonderful Winter Solstice Festival!!! oh ya... Christmas is around the corner by the way... i am sure a lot of ppl out there started preparing for the celebration. as for myself... i guess it will be a lonely Christmas. -Eddie-
